How long does it take to receive my order?

All our orders are usually dispatched our Melbourne warehouses within 1-2 business. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the live tracking number for peace of mind.

Estimated delivery time frames:

VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;

NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;

QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Sastosales complies with and provides warranty under the Australian Consumer law. Generally, a 12-month warranty is guaranteed on all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes, we ship Australia wide to all major cities, and most regional areas. Including, Sydney, Melbourne Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth. There are a few regional area's we are unable to ship to. For more information on location we do not service Click Here

Which couriers do you use?

Sastosales and retail partners use local couriers and operators. The majority of our orders are shipped via the following major couriers: Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, & Allied Express. Whereby the delivery times are quicker, another local courier may be substituted. Courier's website and tracking numbers will be provided once the order has dispatched.

Do I need a physical address and not a P.O Box?

Always use a physical address. Most orders will require a physical address due to the size of the items purchased. If you are unsure contact our customer care team

Do you have a discount on bulk orders?

Depending on the items and quantity you may be eligible to an additional discount on top of our competitively low prices. To find out, contact our customer care team

How can I change my shipping address?

Change of address after order placement; contact our team here, with your order number and change of address request.

How can I track my orders?

On our website login on to your account, the status of your order will show under the order history, including the tracking number/s once they are provided by our courier partners; Australia post, Fastway, Allied Express or one of our many Australian couriers.

How do you ship my order?

All orders are shipped by local courier operators, from our Melbourne based warehouses or retailer partners located here in Australia.

How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. Once shipped you will receive an email with the live tracking numbers.

Do you ship packages internationally?

Unfortunately, the answer is no, as shipping costs tend to be too high.

What does “In-transit” mean for Australia Post tracking?

“In-transit” means that your order was dispatched and is on the way.

What does “No Events Found” mean for Australia Post tracking?

It is normal and that some packages show nothing on the tracking number lookup until they get to the destination post office or postal centre near the delivery point.

What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we accept all major Credit/Debit cards and paypal

Can I pay with Paypal without a Paypal account?

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal. For more details,click here

Do you accept returns/exchanges

Do you allow refunds for a change of mind?

Change of mind returns may be granted depending on the item at a restocking fee to you the buyer. The items must not be opened or used. Immediately contact our customer care team for instructions and eligibility.
